- Start by cleansing your face with your regular facial cleanser to remove any dirt, oil, or makeup residue.

Remove the mask from its packaging and unfold it carefully.

Place the mask on your face, starting from the forehead and working your way down, making sure it is properly aligned with your facial contours.

Leave the mask on for 10-20 minutes, allowing the skin to absorb the essence and ingredients.

After 10-20 minutes, remove the mask and gently pat any remaining essence into your skin, allowing it to fully absorb.

Follow up with your regular moisturizer or serum to lock in the hydration and nourishing benefits of the mask.
